Notes on using PieChart.xls

This worksheet is a simple exercise in learning how to calculate the angles for a Pie Chart.

Working and angles can be hidden while students work on a problem and then shown to check their answers.

I use it in teaching and for quick revision.

The Categories and Frequencies can be edited.

Note that simple one letter categories like A, B, C etc can work better if the sectors get too small for larger words.
