Notes on using Pascal.xls

This is just a demonstration of the relationship between Pascal's triangle and the expansion of (ax +b)ⁿ.

The sliders vary the value of n from 2 to 11.

I like it because it is quick and easy to use when explaining the topic or for a quick reminder when my students have forgotten it.
